  • Customers must provide accurate delivery information.
    Incorrect addresses or recipient unavailability may result in missed delivery without refund.

  • Delivery windows are estimates, and unexpected delays may occur.

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are available up to 24 business hours before the scheduled delivery date.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 24 business hours of delivery.

  • Once delivered, all sales are final. We do not accept returns due to the nature of balloons.

  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos so we can assist.

6. No Returns

  • Balloons are perishable and non-returnable.

  • All delivered orders are considered final.
