Refunds

Refunds are available up to 24 business hours before the scheduled delivery date.

Cancellations made within 24 business hours of the delivery date are not eligible for a refund, as preparations and materials are already allocated.
No Returns

All sales are final once delivered.

We do not accept returns under any circumstances, as balloons are perishable and cannot be reused or restocked.
Delivery Issues
If there is an issue with your order upon delivery (e.g., damaged items), please contact us immediately with photos so we can assist you.
